Achy, breaky back

On August 26, 2019 I had another seizure and fell on the corner of the couch and damaged my back in 4 more places i appears. I thought I was going to need to post pone my trip to Ghana in November. I was told that my back will heal and there is no need of further surgery. That was good news for me as we have started building and I would like to be there for the final stages.

I bought a new computer and it has taken me awhile to figure out how to log in to this page so I could write more here so I am trying to make up for lost time. Impossible i know.
